LETTUCE FISH SANDWICH:
Our lettuce fish sandwich recipe is brilliant. Its so easy and quick to make, packed with protein and nutrients from the fish and veggies and low in carbs and fats. Its best as main course for weight watchers.
- Take 2 big fresh lettuce leaves.
- Take 3 tablespoons of white meat canned tuna(in brine) and place it in a bowl.
- Add some olives,chopped onions,1 teaspoon light mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon sesame seeds and mash all the contents into a mixture.
- Place the mixture on the lettuce and seasonings and fresh diced tomatoes.
- Place the other lettuce leaf on top and make a sandwich.
- You are ready to enjoy a healthy and nutritious low calorie,low fat meal.
